Over the years, I’ve learned what truly fuels creative energy: honest conversations. About business, identity, creativity — without ego, pressure, or performance.

How it started?
It all began in a cozy studio tucked away in Berlin’s creative districts, where photographers, writers, musicians, and dreamers gathered to share ideas and stories. What started as casual conversations over coffee turned into a vibrant collective of minds.
From this spark, the idea of the Creators Foundation was born as a platform to unite artists and visionaries across disciplines, connecting their worlds and helping their ideas take flight. What began as a small circle of inspiration has grown into a movement for collaboration, empowerment, and artistic growth.

My name is Alexander Klebe, and I am a portrait photographer and founder of the Creators Foundation, a platform dedicated to shaping the future of independent creators. I believe in the power of collaboration, where light, ideas, and talent merge to create something greater than the sum of their parts.
With a background that spans academia, business and the arts, I bring a multi-dimensional perspective to the creative space. As a Master of Business Administration graduate from the European University Viadrina, I contributed to cultural diversity by founding a media and arts association while researching on marketing and fair trade monitoring. Later, as academic staff, I developed educational formats, mentored emerging talents and explored new ways to bridge knowledge and practice.
My work is driven by a passion for empowering freelancers, advocating for their professional dignity, and helping them craft their own narratives. At the heart of everything I do is the belief that creativity, knowledge, and business are strongest when they work together.
